After years of receiving massage therapy regularly for wellness maintenance and injury recovery, Raena became a licensed massage therapist. She believes receiving regular massage helps maintain range of motion, reduces pain, and helps to relieve stress.

Raena started her massage career at a clinic specializing in deep tissue treatment and medical massage for auto accidents and L&I work injuries. She utilizes what she's learned about herself and others, to help you!

Susan has long known the benefits of massage! After a serious car accident, with multiple fractures, she discovered that regular massage therapy made significant therapeutic changes on her total wellness. This helped her to decide to return to school to learn how to help others. 

Susan's client centered approach includes treatment using, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, PNR, Trigger Point Therapy, Range of Motion, Hydrotherapy, and Hot Stones. Susan is also a clay artist and a science teacher. Opportunities to work with clay are listed on my page.
